Generative AI Product Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Salary: €80,000 to €90,000 base plus benefits

Opportunity
A leading Dublin based tech firm is investing heavily in a new Generative AI team designed to explore how advanced AI can reshape the insurance industry. This is a high-impact role where you will drive innovation, collaborate with top-tier engineers and leaders, and shape next-generation AI-driven products that redefine how risk is managed globally.

Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Lead the product development lifecycle from strategy to release
• Build and manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to prioritise high-value features
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer needs
• Track user feedback and optimise products post-launch
• Ensure business value and ROI are achieved from all product capabilities

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product ownership or management
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and lifecycle management
• Background in AI-driven products or data-centric platforms preferred
• Proven success managing large-scale technology products
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent experience
